Can I cancel anytime?

Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
Not at all. The Free plan is completely free — no credit card, no payment info required. Just sign up with an email address and you'll have immediate access to 5 featured books plus our monthly newsletter and printables.
Can I print the books?
Yes! Premium members can download and print PDFs of every book in the library for personal or classroom use. Free members receive printable activity sheets that accompany the 5 featured books.
What ages are these books for?
Our picture books are designed for children ages 3–8 (preschool through 2nd grade), though many older children and even adults find them meaningful too. The stories, language, and themes are intentionally accessible across a range of developmental stages.
Are the books neurodiversity-affirming?
Yes — that's central to our mission. Every Made Out of Clay book is written and illustrated with neurodivergent readers in mind. We use identity-first language, celebrate sensory differences, feature Autistic and ADHD characters, and avoid ableist tropes. We never use puzzle-piece imagery.
Do you offer classroom or school pricing?
We do! We offer special plans for educators. Visit our
Schools & Libraries page for details on classroom and school-wide subscriptions with discussion guides, lesson plans, and bulk pricing.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes, gift subscriptions are available. You can purchase a 6-month or 12-month Premium gift subscription and we'll send a beautifully formatted welcome email to the recipient with instructions on how to get started.
How do I access the read-aloud audio?
Every Premium book includes a built-in audio narration button on each page spread. Simply click or tap the audio icon to hear the story read aloud. You can adjust playback speed and toggle the narration on and off as needed.
